Re: Fox Firearms
I have just received the cant kit direct from Jerry. Dead easy to fit and very good. Great improvement and thoroughly recommended

Re: Fox Firearms
Mine arrived yesterday, I have to admit to being a bit disappointed, £35.89 seems a lot for a very small amount of cant.

Re: Fox Firearms
Can you not get the slot milled out to each side?
I would say the kit allows 'fine tuning' more than major levelling?

Re: Fox Firearms
It's an option, just found out we have a shoot at Otterburn this Wednesday so I'll try it out and see how we go.
Actually the whole bipod may go as even with the longer legs it's not any higher than the RUAG one I just sold and being a rather hefty 6' 5" chap with poor mobility/joint problems I can't get flat enough prone to use the usual size bipods. Again I'll try it out and see how it goes.

Phaedra
Sorry re position. I found cant kit did just what I needed.
As alternative, what about one of Shooting Sheds beauties? They look very adjustable plus you can discuss your 'needs' with Dave via here?
Good luck

Re: Fox Firearms
I may just go back to a rather large front bag, a lot heavier to lug to the range but plenty of height,

However we'll see how it goes on Wednesday (assuming it doesn't rain or get cancelled again!) :)

Re: Fox Firearms
I paid extra for a set of the longer legs, they're only a couple of inches longer though.
