Lewis machine tools iron sights

Anyone know of any dealers/suppliers who might stock the "tactical" rear sight and rail mount fore sight that Lewis machine tools make? Or similar sights with imperial thread windage screws? Stuff like the Colt from Walther uses metric threads and I wanna fit meprolight tritium aperture/blades which are imperial. Any suggestions?
