I may have been here before: tikkathreebarrels
Oh I ought be in the grumpy old men category for this. I may have been here in the past but I CAN'T REMEMBER
Anyway, I'm here now. I'm in East Anglia, been rifle shooting for about 15 years. At the core of my well-fed hobby are foxing (.22/250) and stalking (.243/.308). Elsewhere I have interests in shooting military fullbore rifles and have a collection of "smallbore military training rifles pre-1970" which get occasional exercise in suitable comps.
I used to get shoot dates on the local MoD field fire ranges at Stanta for which open sights are ideal but the MoD seem to be quite busy at present so can't get the same access even before my work commitments get in the way.
Right now I'm reviewing what I do as I seem to have less time to shoot but also have an itch to stalk with .303 Brit for no better reasons than 1. it's a bit different and 2. I have lots of brass. I've got as far as weighing up some options, thoroughly confusing myself and now have a copy of my FAC in my pocket which I'm trying to work through with a strict "keep" "sell" regime: I may yet add a third category "replace".
That's me unless you want to know more. :goodjob:

Welcome to F-B(UK) tikkathreebarrels, Stanta is looking harder and harder to get on by the week however Thetford gallery is quite accessible and West Suffolk and Grove both seem to have regular days both weekend and weekdays.
I can think of 3-4 people here who stalk with .303 and I have never heard a bad word about it, I only shoot paper with my ones.
Anyway, enjoy the forum.

Welcome!
It's not the pace of life that concerns me, it's the sudden stop at the end!
