it's the walther G36 that needs the repair, not the Smith'
gonna call the RFD I bought it from
ok, spoken to RFD, he is going to take it back and start the ball rolling. he has also said to wait on the Smith, ashis importer also sells them, so there might be a solution there.
I didn't think the RFD would want to know tbh as I've had it over a year, so very glad they are happy to get it back and take a look.
I think I just needed a sanity check on this, and was just being tempted by what i'd used the other day
