None of them do apart from the S&W MP15-22 and possibly the CMMG. You will hear spurious reports of people saying they got the BHOA working with another brand of AR-15, but in my experience, reliability is patchy and you'll get fed up trying to get it to work. If however you want to try, I can sell you all the BHOAs and different mags I bought which failed to produce 100% reliability... :)

Having said that, if you don't run your mags dry then it really doesn't matter. In a competition, the BHOA will cause you to lose time and if you want a catch to hold your bolt back on ANY AR-15, buy one of these -

Personally I wouldn't put too much emphasis on the BHOA when you make your decision.

What is, for me, the decider on picking a 15-22 above all of the Walther/Umarex clones is the working bolt release, solid metal barrel and trigger upgrade compatibility.
Shone waltger guns do have all those parts. My g36 ha a solid barrel and a working bolt release in addition to a bho for empty mags. Trigger may not be to upradeable. Not sure
Not being familiar with Shone Waltger, I really will have to take your word for it. lol

The HK416 and Colt M4 have a fake bolt release, which is what I was saying and keeping closer to the OP's original post.
lol, what i get for drag typing on my phone...

Best bho on a real AR is to run smith and Wesson mags and fit a catch-22 to the rifle, dead simple bolt catch replacement that comes with little spacers that fit the mags. Very very reliable from 25k rounds experience on a Cmmg.

It wasn't reliable enough on my Spikes.

Interesting, I've heard another spikes user say the same, wonder what the critical difference is?

the only time it ever failed on me was during my 5,000 rounds no cleaning test when the slot the catch rides in got so full of crud the lever bound up.

I've never had the BHOA not work on my HK416 with the appropriate mags for the rifle.

The mag rattles around in the magwell even with the catch-22 plastic spacer on the front of the mag, so I don't see how it can work well.

Mag well must be different then. My CMMG is fine, 15-22 mags with spacer nice and tight. Catch 22 works perfectly but as said above can foul up, just a quick clean and light lube sorts it.

Well my 416 bolt holds open on an empty mag, always has. As does the one on the 416 belonging to a guy I shoot with

I got to handle a Hk416 yesterday, very impressed with it. It felt really solid and well built, nice to have ambi safety, ambi mag release amd ambi bolt release.

However as it was the .556 version and belonged to the local tactical firearms unit the nice policeman didn't let me shoot it.
