Hi Everyone. A quick introduction: I have been shooting for over 40 years and have fired most things that go bang. I am particularly keen on practical and service rifle, though I live too far from where such things go on these days, if at all. I also love my classic and veteran service rifles. I don't get anything like as much target time as I used to; I seem to spend most of it coaching or acting as RCO. I do go stalking as much as possible though. I am currently learning the ins and outs of the wonderful .260.

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools!!

Hi Neil
Anyone needing shooting books would do well to keep this new users details handy.
Neil is also one of the best longbow & field archers in the country & a regular shot at some of the Bisley events.
No doubt he'll be diverted to "Vendors & Innovator"s once he has a few more posts in, as his shop in Machynlleth is a trove of hard to find titles....plus life-sized archery targets. Ever woken up with a wild boar staring you in the face?
