Like it. One of my favourite telly programs is 'Forged in Fire' where canister Damascus comes up every couple of shows. The guy in the video above had a couple of neat solutions - I particularly liked the guide height slide under the belt to remove the canister steel.

Real "hands on " craftsmanship. Hardly a guard, ear plug or safety spec in sight :) That'll upset a lot of the YouTube armchair experts.
