akms muzzle brake/compensator

im after one of the slash cut original (?) type

its for a cugir akms so assume (havent checked yet ) its got the the 14mm l/h thread

if anyone has one kicking about spare, or indeed if anyone knows where i might find one please give me a shout

That's the original standard Romanian muzzle brake they come from Cugir with......should be a black finish the same as the rest of the metalwork but yours looks polished.There also appears to be a copper washer between the brake and the front sight block......AK muzzle brakes should wobble!, and they are designed like that unlike an AR for example.

You can't beat a slant brake, and other Soviet goodies!.I still have the AKM but have sold the AKMS on

the whole things been polished to make it look older - i know its a marmite thing but i love it ......
