Anybody who has ever lived with a cat can relate to that one. I love 'em, but they can be the most maddening creatures.

At midnight (Belgium time) 29th March 2019 all treaties between the UK and the EU are null and void. This concept seems for many people difficult to grasp and there are those who confuse negotiations on the terms of leaving with negotiations on whether we leave or not.
