NO
I was not advertising - the link was merely to offer another example of what is available. I was loathe to post a link direct to a dealer but figured if Dromia was doing it, it must be in compliance.

Always had a soft spot for an AK - regret selling my Saiga.

Nope - my shooting budget is pretty much spent.

Stood down Gazza :squirrel:
The AK is just part of a plan ,we have a change going on in a club im in (not before time) and im looking at ways to introduce new blood ,The younger members want to shoot things like the AK and M16 type stuff but the club guns consist of a 10/22 a Marlin 38 and a couple of ancient old target rifles .So im thinking maybe the time has come to add to the club arsenal and increase the membership and drag the club screaming and kicking into at least the 20th century .

As for Uncle Sam, theres an e mail written explaining about contractual obligations re delivery times, and how deposits payed under these terms cannot be held as non refundable (had a bit of time on my hands coming out of hospital and my mates daughters a brief) but its not sent yet .

Does anybody have any info/experience of the AK in Dromia's link? It really looks the part, and I have a spare .22 slot burning a hole in my FAC. :good:

Never seen a selector lever on an AK "cover up the ejection port"! wtf

Hmm, I don't think the GSG won't be seeing the inside of any of my cabinets - not with a 10lb trigger pull. It does look the part, though.

I have a good variety of .22RF's - 7 in all. The only thing I don't have is a 'black' rifle, and I'm not that much of a fan. I think I'll just keep looking and waiting for the 'right' .22 to come along. It's out there somewhere. I just need to find it. ;)
