I picked up a can of milsurp ammo at the British Shooting Show in Brum last weekend. I'd say if you can get to it then the Northern Shooting Show would be a good place to pick some up for you maybe? Don't know who's exhibiting there but I found 3 dealers with milsurp. 2 had Russian Tula spam cans and CCA was selling Chinese stuff for £28/100. Check if they're going and reserve some?
