Somehow I don't think the car driver's insurance company were keen to wear this given the skateboarder was unlikely to have the means to reimburse them or be insured.

One of the reasons I sold off my lovely 944 and kept the old Land Rover 2A as my daily driver. Some of the roads in Oxfordshire remind me of the old dirt tracks near my home in Oz.
