Hi all!

I'm new to shooting, I've only visited my local club once but I'm going back next week and I intend to join as a probationary member. I'm also about to book into a clay ground for the first time so I can try shotguns.

I have an interest in target shooting, smallbore and fullbore, clays and target shotgun. I would also like to try practical shotgun. I have no immediate plans to go after game or vermin, but I'm not against hunting at all and I would like to experience it for myself once I'm more proficient with a firearm.

I'm a 41 year old, married family man just getting into shooting after many years of only thinking about it!

Welcome to the forum! Holy cow, you must have a lot of dosh and a lot of time to do so many disciplines!! But good on you for making the effort at trying all kinds of disciplines to see what you'll enjoy.

They are all disciplines that I've read about and watched the videos, but now I want to try them out for myself. Not all at once though!
