What gun are the boolits for? It's an unusual size.
Purveyor of fine cast boolits.
All round good guy and VERY grumpy old man.

Vetterli. I have three and they slugg at 0.430 0.426 & 0.425.
The mould is casting at 0.430 so plan is to size for the others.

Personally, I would use a softer alloy and leave the boolits sized at .430". I doubt that there would be any pressure issues.

If the rounds chamber at 0.430" then I would leave them at that for all the guns.

As has been said do not use a hard alloys regardless of the sizing, pure lead with a smidgeon on tin is best for this and will be you friend especially in the 0.430" bore gun for which your bullets are a tad small.

Always best to size bullets to the freebore rather than groove diameter.
