Autothrow + Autotrickler V2

#1 Post by Plecotus »

Perhaps a bit unlikely but I thought I would ask anyway. I've made the decision to buy one of these but, before I place the order, I thought I would ask on here and see if anyone might be selling?

I'm going to leave it for a few days on the offchance that someone might be giving up and then order this weekend from Adam is not. Out of interest, when did you buy yours and how much did it cost, delivered to your door?

Sorry for the delay,
Scales were £571.14
Auto Throw / Trickler $438.50
Bank Charged £337.20
plus non GB currency £010.00
plus transaction charge £000.50
So £347.70 to my door.
I also bought an E2 100 gram calibration weight for £84.72 to my door.
The E1 weights cost almost £200 quid but are certified blah blah.
"E2 calibration weights are used for testing and calibrating analytical balances".
Tolerances are 100g = +/-0.15mg.
So won't have any problems calibrating the scale.

Thanks for this. I have a small laboratory that's part of my business so I've already got the scales and traceable calibration weights.

I'm surprised you didn't get hit with VAT and/or import duty plus whatever Parcelforce add on to collec these fees. I ordered a shooting item from NZ recently and got hit with VAT plus £8 Parcelforce fee.
