Don't know anything about him shooting a match recently but surely that would be somewhat problematic if he does not have a FAC?
Not really, anyone can borrow a gun as a guest of a club and shoot there with it. But is it a good idea to braodcast you're doing that while under the microscope of the police.....

As long as he is not a prohibited person under S21 FA(1968) this is fine and is one of the benefits of club membership.

But the fact he has been told he won't be getting his FAC back any time soon might indicate some sort of prohibition otherwise he should be allowed to reapply at any time. I don't know the the facts behind his FAC's revocation or any other cases he may have been involved with and there may be reasons here why he isn't allowed an FAC, I heard the appeal court seems to believe he shouldn't have his FAC back.

So far he doesn't appear to be breaking any law (with the facts I have heard) but he appears to be kicking the hornets nest and may be wiser to stay under the radar. He doesn't seem to be helping the cause of shooters and maybe he should be quiet and do us all a favour in the long run.
Arming the Country, one gun at a time.

Good deals with Paul101, Charlotte the flyer, majordisorder, Charlie Muggins, among others. Thanks everybody.

They hypocracy of this guy knows no bounds.

I thought he was all about standing together, but in the video that just popped up on my youtube feed from him he talks about miniature rifle ranges and cites 1 Dodgy miniature rifle range and suggests we close the "loophole" (Which is actual legislation put there to protect certain shooting organisations) by which many reputable clubs operate. Meanwhile he's using "loopholes" or rather legislation to be able to possess firearms for his channel as he is otherwise prohibited.

Someone needs to tell him to turn his channel back off and keep his mouth shut. He is not the representative I would want for the sport and the more he kicks dirt at journalists, the more he'll pull us all down with him. :(

He’s a complete “wrister”. Now trying to ingratiate himself no doubt. For the fact he claims miniature rifle shooting is a “loop hole”, demonstrates a level of ignorance the same as a newspaper hack!!
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!

I've got to agree with Ste and Sim here. He's not helping anyone in the long run and is quick to throw something he doesn't understand under the bus.

Most of his fans on YT are Americans, his main fan base are from when he posted his early videos on Reddit sub r/Guns.

For me its the fact he is highlighting and using sub clause rules to allow him to handle firearms (the entertainment / film clauses). If you have had your FAC removed and can't get it back then why in gods name would you keep trying to circumvent this ruling?

Seriously just accept the ban and and move on ffs!
