Walther ppq sights

Re: Walther ppq sights
A girl at our club has a milled slide. I didn't realise they weren't a factory feature but Oceania Defence have them milled afterwards? With a half decent Vortex she couldn't get it zero'd better than 2 feet high at 25 yards
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Wow, that’s not good, the ppq’s are a very good and nice pistol to shoot.
I’ve shot it with the standard sights and using a underslung mounting system with a red dot sight and got it on target. Prefer the look with the red dot scope on the rear of the pistol.

My GSG 1911 had the same issue reference zeroing, shooting high and no adjustment left in the red dot. Magload do a shim set and now it's spot on.
