Hi All
I'm trying to make something and can't find the final part.
I need a tube, 25-30mm long, with a 12mm (minimum) internal diameter and an M16x1.0mm external thread.
Unfortunately I don't have access to the machine tools to make this.
Nylon, aluminium or mild steel would be fine as it only needs to support about 100grammes.
Does anyone know where I might find something like this?
I've found similar things but nothing that will do what I need.

Yes, I can do that. The only issue is I do not have a gauge for the M16x1,0 thread so it would be machined to measurement only unless you can let me have something to test the thread with. Can you email/PM me a drawing please and I will sort it out when I am next on that machine.
