Wanted Walther HK MP5 SD6

#1 Post by Lancs_Oakley »

I am looking for a Walther (not GSG) MP5 in SD6 variant.
Ideally with a few mags.
Anyone got one that's collecting dust you want to let go let me know?

Mainly because the Walther (IMVHO) is a little better quality, the upper is metal vs plastic on most of the GSGs except the really early ones.
Also the Walther just looks better, again IMO. The Walther also has adjustable bcg to allow it to cycle some lower powered rounds.

Its something I would like to have and keep so I would rather go with the Walther. I just regret not getting one a couple of years ago as I just cant find one anywhere now.

I know they are out there!!

Fair enough :good:
My Walther/Colt M4 .22 has the same internal mech as the H&K 5 which works well.
I've just bought an original (metal) GSG 5 SD version. Looks and feels great. Seems to shoot well but I'm already tinkering with it. Reliability remains to be seen.

Good luck with your search.

If you ever take the firing pin out could you post a picture of it, please?
Thank you.
Arming the Country, one gun at a time.

Good deals with Paul101, Charlotte the flyer, majordisorder, Charlie Muggins, among others. Thanks everybody.

I've got a spare firing pin technically for the Hammerli Tac R1 but they're all the same. I'll dig it out and post a pic.
