How are your Clubs dealing with coming out of the lockdown.

How are your Clubs dealing with coming out of the lockdown.
I got a message to night asking if I would be willing to open up and run the indoor range next Tuesday 13th for underlever rifle. The Club has introduced an on line booking system. You book slots and a maximum of four shooters are allowed with an RCO. With Covid restrictions in place.
How are your Clubs responding to the changes.

My club is opening as of next Thursday with all the same measures as before. Online booking, every other firing point, cleaning products a'plenty, a form to confirm you don't have symptoms etc.
Christel - Indoor sports open 12th April.

Yes, I believe you are not allowed to socialise indoors but can be indoors with other people from 12th April. So go shooting, just dont talk to anyone!Christel wrote:Ah,,,as we are not allowed to go indoors at other people's homes until 17th of May I figured the same applied.

Honestly...
Not that it makes any difference to me as I will not be going inside anytime soon.
Luckily our club has indoor and outdoor ranges.
Crossing my fingers that we all will be enjoying our sport soon.

We will have to phone and make an appointment for a half-hour 'slot'. I think they allow 5 or 6 shooters at a time.
You come in, shoot and go home again. There is no socialising inside the club.

Similar to the above for us from next Monday.
Online pre-booking of a time slot.
No socialising in the range.
Maintaining social distance and sanitising.
2m between firing points.

Yes, Our outdoor club opened when they eased the restrictions.. last Sunday was the first proper club day, although some people have used it during the week.
Only 4 shooters at a time (to give 2 m distancing), specially Covid trained RO's, no socialising on the range.

Pre booked slots,
1/2 the fireing points to allow social distancing,
No socialising.
Masks and ventilation..
Exactly what were doing last year before this current lockdown.
