Why the customs charge? Are you able to post an image of it here - hide your personal details though.

My understanding is that books are exempt from Duty and there is VAT however the rate is 0%. It could be worth an appeal to HMRC.

Just wanted to say thanks to Bradaz11 for all the effort that's gone into getting the books to us all. The book is fantastic and is well worth the wait. Thanks again for going through the process of getting hold of them for us!
