Tips or persons who can open out push through sizer ?

I seem to recall that Lee will make their push through sizer in custom diameters for a small charge. Worth sending them an email.

Thanks very much for all the help, I will try these methods. Lee do do custom sizers but by the time you weigh in posatge and customs, I might as well go back to my contact who can do it cheaper. (But thanks)

Do you actually need to size the bullets? Try them as cast.

The hand reamer will only work if you anneal the die body first. Heat to cherry red and allow to cool slowly.. The amount you are going to use it, you don;t need to re- harden.

This , do not use a reamer on hardened steel. . Allow to cool slowly ., immerse in vermiculite or sawdust and leave it , have several cups of tea then recover it . The dry gritty stuff for use in cat trays works well also.

Correct as Andrew's reply. Or add lino to the mix, or paper patch something else, or beagle the original mould. Or something.............
