Posting of negative comments in the Gunshop section could bring unwanted criticism on the forum, having said that it is important to let members know if dealings with a Gunshop were less than ideal for you. To that end we will allow what will be known as the 'Scotsgun Ruling'
The Scotsgun Ruling:
>Add Gun Shop here<
"As I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further."
Beyond that please take it up with the Gunshop, if you do resolve the issue in a agreeable manner let us know!

Re: Reloading Solutions
Yes, I have used them 3 times now with no problems.
They have been very helpful on the phone. Their ordering system on the web site is a bit different from the normal but it works well
Via the Web site you place an order as normal but you do not pay for it then.
They send you a confirmation of your order stating if they have the parts etc.
This is when you pay it.
It is the same method if you call them.
Cheers

Re: Reloading Solutions
That sounds a better process than ordering and paying for stuff, waiting ages, chasing the order and then being told the stuff is out of stock..!!
Re: Reloading Solutions
Yes I ordered some stuff. I thought it a strange ordering system but I can understand why they do it that way after reading above posts. I am waiting for an e mail from them regarding my order.
Re: Reloading Solutions
I received an email from them today I have paid for the goods and they are in the post. All is good.

Re: Reloading Solutions
Like Daryll posted , you know the next day ( or sooner) if they have the items in stock. They also tell you straight about when they expect to have items back in stock.
I think it is a better system.
I was the same as alpha 1 , I found it strange at first but it works well.

I am liking this company a lot I am buying there bore guides, Barrel cleaning stuff. COL gauges, L.E Wilson stuff and a whole load of other interesting stuff. Great Company to do business with.
Re: Reloading Solutions

Re: Reloading Solutions
Tell me more about the delivery service. What about explodey stuff?
I have used them before, they used to have a small shop on an industrial park at the end of Kidlington, Oxfordshire.
It was an awesome shop too. I bought loads of stuff from them. Then their shop closed and went online. It's been a good few years but then you had to go collect your rxplodey stuff from them. I'm not sure where from as it all sounded a bit like bother, which I just don't do. It seems they've sorted out a better system.
