Scope lenses fungus removal

Hello
Is there away to remove the little fungus type dots on my old German scope lenses or are they in the laminations and impossible to remove easily, any help appreciated.

Yes its possible to clean this fungus theres plenty of videos on you tube explaining what products you need but i suspect its internal so you would need to strip or partially strip the scope.
I had the same issue on my No4T 32 scope had to make up some tools to remove the lens then just purchase the products from the videos (via Ebay) and it cleaned them up perfectly.
One point mentioned in several videos is that if left for long periods the fungus CAN etch the glass, once this has happen no amount of cleaning will restore it.
