I know you would have had a look at cookies and dns already, however it is all I can think of, nothing has changed from the forum's side of things. I took your permissions and surfed as you, it all looked fine, I had access to all sections and would have been able to post as well.

Try logging in on a completely different browser - if you usually use internet explorer, try chrome, or firefox, etc.
If it's still the same, its something on the forum software, if it lets you on a different browser, it's a caching issue on your initial browser.
