Rob, 24" isn't a particularly popular length in the rest of the world, you may have a little difficulty.....

That said, have you thought about buying a damaged barrel? You know, with "a dent or something at about 24.5", where it fell over, or something......", then having a gunsmith, who can then legally, shorten and re-thread the barrel for chokes?

Just a thought, in case someone here had a "damaged" barrel that could be a good donor..... ;)
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Just spoke to my local shop who do a lot of Berettas to see if they had a spare/donor barrel or gun. They only have a new gun in stock. However, they did suggest to try John Forsey in Welling, Kent. If anyone has one, they will.

My man did say that you could get a new barrel from Beretta, but it would cost more than a new gun and you'd have a hell of a wait for it.

Likewise, do you know any dealer with an import/export licence? Brownells list a number of Extrema barrels in stock..... but at 850ish dollars, by the time, if you could, get it in, it's going to be expensive as well.

They had a 24" barrel as well! Unfortunately, rifled......

Had a look on GT. Forsey has a number of Extrema2's, offering a choice of barrels lengths as well. Perhaps he does have the spares?
