#1 Post by condorman »

Hello guys n gal(s)
I'm just getting back into full-bore shooting after a 13 year absents
I spent 27 years hunting mud & glory with the british army/commando's
left in 1998 spent the last few years being screwed back together & now
i'm fit enough to come out & play again!
I live in Plymouth in not so sunny England & looking to join Tamar-rangers
in cornwall,

Thanks for the warm welcome it's nice to know i'm not the only one who likes things that go bang-the louder the better,

Whoa so many questions ok

1,I like to fire something @ 6.5 but more likely 7.62 though 12.7 (.50) would be a blast we'll have to see how far the pennies will go?

2,I've been in touch with Tavistock/Drake & Tamar Rangers rifle clubs,I'm all year round kinda guy,The only weather i find difficulty in firing in is thick fog though with enough rounds i'm sure even i could hit a target!!!

3,I served with Condor troop RE in Arbroath from november 1980 till january 1983,I also served in Ireland summer 1980 supporting Foxtrot company 41 cdo in XMG just before they disbanded, very sad time.
When we went south in 1982 my half section supported Yorkie Malone's troop during the Battle of Two sisters! I still cannot find the words to describe what i felt that night???
