Re: De Lisle
Shandwick Supplies (Chambers Gunmkers - near Tain) makes De Lisles to original specifications for about £2500 (?) - Don't quote me on the price as it was a while since I spoke to them about one.
The finished rifle is well worth the price - very, very nice. :goodjob:

Any views on how it compares to the C&G version?

Re: De Lisle
The C&G one looks exactly like the one I handled up at Tain.

I pick mine up at the end of Feb, that's why I sold the Win Mag, I just came across the real one and wondered if anyone had any idea how much it was.
Re: De Lisle

Re: De Lisle
Considering only about 130 were built, are you sure it was a real one? If so, could a price be put on something like that?Jon B wrote:I pick mine up at the end of Feb, that's why I sold the Win Mag, I just came across the real one and wondered if anyone had any idea how much it was.
