I can sort of help with the G98 sling - IF you can get the metalwork...I have re-built a few in the past for a couple of RFD's - I make to original specifications too - as opposed to modern far eastern/indian "repro's" which are very basic look-a-likes in name only & would never stand up to actual use

Done searches for the metal work and only find items for sale in the US with postage charges double the price of the item... total $60+ so I think I will look for a complete sling. Thanks for the offer saddler..
