Weaver Scope

Weaver scope 4-16x42, part number 849407, complete with rings and Butler Creek covers.

In very good condition, almost as new, one very small mark on the underside.

£177.50 including UK postage.

These are a very good buy. Weaver was ressurected and is now made by Leupold....... if you're looking for budget scope, this is what you want. The quality surpases the price.

Good luck with the sale.
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Sim, it was Redfield optics Leupold took over. Weaver optics are still going strong. If they did fold it doesn't say anything about it on either the Weaver or Leupold websites. Also Leupold only bought the Redfield name and any rights it had, they don't have the parts or machinery to repair or upgrade older scopes. A fella I spoke to at Leupold reckoned all the machines and parts were sold off separately.

Yep, Blu, I'm a cock! I was actually looking at Redfield the day I posted the above, read Weaver and thought Redfield........ my bad. (I think the kids say today)
