I thought that was a worthwhile look . A few weeks ago at my club there was a professional lock smith showing a member of a police firearms unit how to pick locks , he reckoned he could pick just about any lock , I happened to have an Abloy padlock in the car so I said I was told they were a good lock and he had to admit defeat , it wouldnt open .

Padlocks are one thing but the chains they are holding together are often very poor, Check out the ALMAX videos on Youtube, I use Alamx 3 chains for my motorbike, I used to leave one at work and one at home so locked both ways. Of course I forgot my keys one day, someone had the bike (A one year old R1200R) by 10:30 that morning never to be seen again.
