I don't think we have done this one before, I thought that as some of you cast your own you it has a vague relevance to the forum.

If I am honest, the first time I saw this I was curled up in a ball, bitting my fingernails, shouting "NO" at the TV.

I can post this here safe in the knowledge that none of you will be trying this at home?

You can apparently do the same with a wet hand and liquid nitrogen too. I emphasise the YOU can . . . :lol:
