Mauser scope mounts?

New to the sport? Or just not sussed something out yet? Please ask your questions in here, there are many experienced shooters on the forum and someone will for sure come along and answer your question. This is a section for new shooters so if anyone can think of something please submit it.

Mauser scope mounts?

Can anyone recommend a good scope mount, either scout style or a more conventional side mount for a Yugoslavian Mauser M48 (7.92) and a Swedish M1896 6.5 ?

I've got a 'B Square' mount on my Sweedish 6.5 for a scout scope - when I first got it a few months ago, I was a bit dubious, as it attaches to the rear sight (without removing it); so was worried about how firm it would be and if it could mark the rear sight - But I used it for the first time today, and it was just fine; with no movement from recoil...In fact I was well pleased with using a scout scope...it's like cheating :0037:
