UK to US Rod Adapter (Bespoke tapped brass)

Basically I bought a hoppes .22 cleaning kit, and the rod broke, but it had a multiple jags which all had MALE threads on them for use with the American style female ended cleaning rod.

Anyways, I had a new cleaning rod bought for me, a Parker Hale with a Male end on it for use with British type female Jags.

Anyways, i was wondering if anyone has the ability to make a female to female brass adapter so I can use these Jags and not have to buy new brushes and patch jags...

I can't seem to find one available anywhere :( ofcourse, if someone knows where I could find one I would be much appreciative :)

They are sold at most gunshops - Hannams do them, but forgot the brand name for the rods/adaptors they sell

Hmm, maybe I just haven't been looking hard enough then :( I haven't seen one :( and cant find one online (nearest gun shop is quite a drive and last time I went I spent £2k!! not sure I can afford to keep going there!) haha!

Saddler/TG could be Pro Shot that you are on about? Hannams do stock them.

Think I picked one up on ebay, there are two sizes. Ones for .22 rods, other for the larger rod
