This weekend and leading up to the 4th July celebrations (by the treacherous colonials ingrates) we have two of our sons up from down state for the long weekend. This is our first summer here as we only moved up North last August. This evening we went for a walk in downtown in Charlevoix and I though I would share some of the photos I took this evening.

That reminds me of article I read years ago, a family travelled to the USA and a few days was dedicated to fishing the local lake so they headed to the bait shop got the gear and started fishing, solid fishing for three days and not a bite until someone turned up and pointed out they were fishing a flooded meadow and the lake was 100 yards further out :lol:
