Well the deacts are the proper job deactivated, the legal versions are straight pull reproductions which is what you will be limited to unless you have a S5 FAC.

Saiga do them amongst others and I believe you can replace the modern plastics for authentic wood with some work. There is also a place in Germany that sells a lot of parts for the originals (Not S5 or pressure bearing parts) So in theory you could build something fairly authentic looking.
