The thread you are looking for is 7/32x26 TPI. Unfortunately we don't have a tap in that size.
But if you google Tracy tools and look on the witworth page they have them in stock. The other threaded holes on the lock plate are 3/16x26 TPI. If I was tapping it I would start with a taper tap then run it through with a second tap.
If you had a 7/32x36 TPI Die nut you would be able to recreate the side nails.
