Every house should have a couple of nice poofs ... Just right for resting your feet on after a day in the rough whilst watching Monty Python.

Getting back to the original point, it well need to be a meeting with the FEO, however they may grant based on storing at a club until v you have security sorted. My first SGC was on that basis for about a year.
