Very reasonably priced then and I see you can also buy all the tools/fixtures/jigs you need as well however the majority of them can be very quickly produced by a hobby machinist so most things are doable. Finding a 12 ton press might be a problem though.

A Frame made from angle iron, and a small hydraulic bottle jack from the auto parts store will make one up right fast.
Ready made AK receivers can also be had for $100 and less. But have to be transfered as a complete firearm fhrough a FFL.
If you make your own from a flat it is 100% legal and not traceable too. No paperwork needed.
A Child could order a flat and have it shipped the your front door.
