Bishop Auckland Gun Club

#1 Post by Dahonis »

Hi,

Sorry mods if this is in the wrong area.

Could anybody please find out when the above club are taking on new members please.

I live about 10mins away and want to join, but membership is closed.

Failing that I will have to drive 40mins to Mayfair or Yarners in Durham.

Kind Regards

Chris

Have you thought about writing the secretary a letter or popping round when they are open and asking them. After all they are only a few minutes away.

The Yarners is taking non FAC members in the spring. If you have an FAC we should be able to fit you in sooner. PM me if you want a look round, I'm the chairman.

That would be really good if I could take a look around please. I've had my FAC for just over a year now.

Does your club shoot full bore at all ?

Sorry, I don't have access to PM as I'm new to the forum.

Regards

BTW - you cannot use reloaded ammo at Bishop Auckland, as I understand it!
Purveyor of fine cast boolits.
All round good guy and VERY grumpy old man.

Arh, thank you for that dodgyrog. That would be off my list then tbh.

Going to have a look around St.Giles Yarners, just up the road really.
