Martini Enfield .22 conversion

#1 Post by ukrifleman »

I recently aquired a Martini Enfield .303/.22 conversion made by the Midland Gun Company.
At some time, it had a rear peep sight fitted to the stock and I would like to replace it.
Could anyone tell me what is the preffered sight to fit? the fixing holes on the stock are 50mm, not 2". I would prefer to use the existing holes, so as not to mess the stock up any further.
