Paint was Krylon. Really good stuff. Sticks to most things and is quite hard wearing. Not cheap, but worth it.

Stencils I just made by hand using a DPM jacket I've got as a template. Trick is getting them in the right place to spray on, but still trying to be random!

When I ordered the paint I thought I'd ordered Olive green and dark brown, but actually got tan!! Having done it now I actually prefer it with tan!

I like that, might be worth a try here in shrub / desert or light woodland colours....

You could try using local plant material to give you the local effect. I was very tempted to do a 'tiger' effect or a 'long grass' effect.

Here's a link to the Krylon site, these are specific camo paints, but they do alot more. They do a couple of 'textured' paints which might work quite well....http://www.krylon.com/products/camoufla ... echnology/

ha ha, just noticed at the bottom they they've got some camo stencils already made in .pdf format!!
