It looks like a low serial numbered 1943 J P Sauer und Sohn, Suhl, in very nice condition.
I cant see the reciever very well, the manufacturers code "C E" could be the early or late version.

the slanted script is the early and the normal-letter is later.

A very clean and tidy mauser. envy.

re-Paul,
The slanted script was actually droped-out in 42 . From the shape of the E, I'd vote for the following mid 42 vertical script, making Freddy's K98 an early 43 made K98 ?
