Not quite sure what a 'gas pistol' is but any chance it would be classed as an air rifle ???

"Gas pistol" as is common in Europe are firearms that fire a cartridge where the projectile is actually CS gas as opposed to something solid. As seen with this one, different ammo is available that will also fire non lethal rubber balls.

Anyway you cut it, Section 5 ....
