Greetings from Cambs

#1 Post by neutron619 »

Hi there,

I'm Adam, from Cambs. I'm new-ish to rifle shooting I guess - I've been deerstalking since April, but shooting shotguns and hunting with them for about 3 years now. Got my FAC in October for a .308 / mod and am trying to further immerse myself in the world of hunting as far as money allows. I am currently working on my first few reloads which are all largely experimental at this stage, but hopefully I'll find something that works.

I've been sent here by a chap on The Stalking Directory, who told me to ask for a chap called "Dromia" since I understand he'll be able to help me with some information on loading cast bullets. I'll post again about that in a second.

Anyway, that's me done for now I think.

Thanks,

Adam.

Welcome to the forum Adam, would you be the owner of a Heym .308 by any chance?

Dromia has probably gone to bed by now
