Had a good experience with a gun shop or rifle maker? Found a good deal? Tell us about it. Had a bad experience, TELL THE GUN SHOP!

Forum rules
Posting of negative comments in the Gunshop section could bring unwanted criticism on the forum, having said that it is important to let members know if dealings with a Gunshop were less than ideal for you. To that end we will allow what will be known as the 'Scotsgun Ruling'

The Scotsgun Ruling:

>Add Gun Shop here<

"As I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further."

Beyond that please take it up with the Gunshop, if you do resolve the issue in a agreeable manner let us know!

This rule applies to the entire forum.

I have so far not had a good experience with this company.

I shall not comment further.

I have only had one contact and it was positive.

I needed a replacement trigger unit and they were able to give me the correct stock code for my RFD to order. It was in stock sent out straight away.

I'm in the same club as you then dodgyrog. I realise that they don't normally deal with the public but you would think that they would answer a simple email question about a warranty issue and a product that they import.

Concur with the OP, it has been my experience both as an RFD and an individual.

Never reply to email. Even when I waved £2500 in their face.

AVOID.

Had a problem with a stock on a cz I bought. They sent a new one by return, no question.

People seem to be able to order Savages personally from the States but Edgars don't seem to be able to get them.

Good and bad.
