Well I know for a fact that neither of those girls was my mum, she was busy at home giving birth to me! Yep, born on VE day......... She never really forgave me. ;)

My wife is swedish and speaks good english but occassionally comes out with something not quite right. When feeling cold one day, instead of saying she had 'goose pimples', it came out as 'goose nipples'. I think it sums it up perfectly!

One of the first bits of Scandinavian I learnt was Jag älskar dig, which was unfortunate as I am now married to a Dane.

BTW, instead of goose bumps they are referred to as 'Ants Tits' by the foreigner in this house.
