Strathpeffer RPC @ Cawdor 25/5/2014
My son Jamie (BlackburnBuccaneer) and I attended our first Strathpeffer RPC shoot at Cawdor range today. The folks there made us very welcome which was much appreciated.
Weather conditions were pretty damned foul to start with, although they did improve considerably as the day progressed
Unbelievably driech first thing this morning.
Jamie shooting .222 @ 300m
The 300m firing line about 13:00.
A nice friendly club.

Good you came along on such a dreich day, it was good to meet you both. Surprisingly good turn out for such a miserable Sunday, some folks must have nothing better to do on such a Sunday.
Here's to the next one.
Thanks to all those who came along and lay on the damp ground throwing money at the ground up to 500 metres away. Mental instability?? Maybe!!

Sorry I missed it. I forgot that we had two shoots this month - could have done with the practice!

Hopefully you'll teach me what "S-class" is all about on June 29th.

Your range looks like a good place to be. Can you post more photos? Without the rain?

Well, there's always something to improve upon - maybe I'll be last this year?
