The rim on ammunition is the headspace. The two allen bolts that clamp the barrel into the action are what you need to adjust.

Thanks, been told by local rifle maker to set it at 0.041" Its 0.043 at the moment so I'll leave it alone while I check the effects of other mods that have been done. David.

I don't know if you've tried CCI ammunition, but if you do, I think you'll find it pretty tight.
