Hello from sunny Devon
Hello to everyone on the forum. It is always a little daunting to stick your head up and say hello but I have been browsing the site for a little while and have come to see that you are all very friendly and straight talking people. I hope you will forgive my mistakes as a newbie.
I live in South Devon and shoot full bore with my wife at a local club. We travel with the club and shoot at other ranges and are still very new to the current scene. I used to shoot many years ago but with marriage, family and setting up a business this had to take a back seat. Now I find myself a bit older, free of kids and with some money in my pocket and the time to pick up old interests. My wife has also taken up shooting and we currently have three rifles shooting .22/.357 and .308 with a space on certificates for .223 which we are actively looking for.
I am keen to start reloading, partly because of the cost but mainly for the interest in all things technical. I am a design engineer and graduated thirty years ago. In that time I have worked in several consultancies and now run my own consultancy here in Devon for clients near and far.
I look forward to exchanging ideas and knowledge with you all.
Best wishes

Thank you. It is a beautiful day and I am stuck at work catching up on a busy week last week out at meetings. I wish I was outside!

Thanks Spring mate. Also do you think we should fear that yellow ball we seeing in sky? Its an unusual sight, didn't our ancestors make sacrifices to appease it at times?extendor wrote:Thank you.
